Oil lamp - .800 silver
Oil lamp dating back to the second half of the 19th century.
The style is purely Italian, they were generally made of brass or bronze. The hallmarks would instead make one think of Greece: a stylized medusa head, found in the ancient coins of Rhodes, and two Greek letters, perhaps referring to the silversmith, Σ Π (sigma and pi) .
