Large and impressive signed bronze okimono of Shoki, the Queller demon, standing and fixed to a bronze stand, poised in a belligerent stance, one hand clutching his sword (detachable) , the other made into a fist. A Oni lying on the ground crushed by Shoki's Chinese style boot. Signed with chiselled characters. Meiji era (1868-1912) , Taisho (1912-1926) late 19th/early 20th century Weight : 5. 3 kg Condition: very good with nice patina effects and polychrome metal treatments, minor scratches and wear. Detachable stand with deformation on left side, one nut missing. Specific packaging required.
