Beautiful representation in which the monk taken by surprise drops the ladle and the glass with a grimace that expresses his amazement In excellent condition consistent with age. A Japanese item from the Meiji period. The item was made prior to 1947, and is therefore in compliance with European Union regulations regarding the sale of ivory.
