Ivory okimono depicting Kannon the goddess of compassion, finely sculpted down to the smallest details, from the jewels to the lotus flower that she holds with her left hand, to her face and hands. She rests on a natural root base, with a fan and a sword at her feet. Signed on a red lacquer block under the Kokei base. Kannon is a Bodhisattva, which means that she has prolonged her eternal enlightenment to stay behind and help all those who suffer in this world. In very good condition. The lot will be carefully packed and shipped within 1 or at most 2 business days from the day of payment. The shipping price includes delivery via UPS, TNT, DHL or SDA courier (depending on destination address) with full insurance and professional packaging. Original certificate compiled by Luca Mastromauro, an expert in Japanese art, registered with Milan Chamber of Commerce (number: 2617) , which will be sent with the lot.
