Similar objects were carved to order in major Tokyo schools as can be seen from the publication. In very good overall condition. On a large wooden base. Total size: 32 x 10 x 8 cm Japanese item from the Meiji period. The Item was produced prior to 1947, and is therefore in compliance with the European Union regulations on ivory trade.
