Olaf Wieghorst Sketch

Offered here for your consideration is an original sketch by, Olaf Wieghorst. This one was hand signed to Clara and Dick (long time friends of Olaf and his wife, May). This sketch is accompanied by a letter of certification from a former seller. Olaf Wieghorst was a Danish American painter who specialized in depictions of the American frontier. His art was in the vein of Frederic Remington and Charles Russell. In 1992, he was inducted into the Hall of Great Westerners of the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. MAKER: Olaf Wieghorst. APPROX AGE: Circa 1959. SIZE: This item measures 11-7/8 inches long x 9-1/8 inches wide. CONDITION: Good for its age, normal wear expected.
