Bahamonde who over a period of 20 years acquired his collection from various prestigious dealers and has now decided to downsize his beloved collection. His degree in archaeology from Manchester University, one of the best in the U. K. and passion for ancient history is reflected in this intriguing ancient document. A clay tablet portion with cuneiform writing on both sides. Come with a hand written note from the late professor of Assyriology W. G. Lambert. Length: 92 mm. Width: 47 mm. Condition: Fair to good overall considering age and material, the writing on one side very well preserved, some repairs, losses and mineral accretion as expected.
