Absolutely stunning Omega Constellation up for auction The watch is an Omega Constellation Chronometer Electronic f300hz, ref. 198. 0003, cal. 1250 with a serial number dating it to 1972. Looking stunning, the watch features an unpolished gold-plated case with the “sun-burst” finish clearly visible on the bezel as well as on the back cover. All eight stars of the constellation emblem are very sharp. Crown is original with omega logo, albeit quite worn on the end. The glass is original omega with logo in the centre and virtually no scratches, looking brand new. The dial is in outstanding original condition as seen on pictures. The watch will run but stop sometimes and then start again when the watch is moved. The date and time-setting features work and the date disc (which often on these models is broken) is intact.
