We do not guarantee any watch for accuracy. The watch ticking and the set-hands functioining. The dial is a little grubby but only visible under a 10X loupe, not scratches or obvious damage to the dial, however for completeness sake at the very edge of the dial, virtuallly out of sight there are some minor areas of scuffing, probably from the movement being removed from the case in the distant past. THe case back also with a couple of minor scuffs/ light 'scratches'.
