The present lot is an unusual specimen for Omega’s design standards but is definitely remarkable for its quality and appreciated by watches passionate. It’s a reference 3903-6 also known as “Cioccolatone” among collectors for its shape that reminds that of a big chocolate: its square-shaped case is in stainless steel with rounded corners, raised bezel, down turned angular lugs and snap on back is nicely preserved with rare signs and clear edges and steps. The dial is also enchanting with its argentè color almost untouched with applied indexes, dauphine hands, inner minutes track and subsidiary seconds at 6 o’clock. The caliber is a 342 copper colored produced in the 50s.
