Condition Report:
In good condition, especially given the age of the piece, the mounting with signs of wear and age including surface scratches, predominantly to the sides and reverse of pendant and not noticeable when worn. Mounting and chain test as platinum. Diamond weight stated in catalogue description approximated using measurements. The large diamond, weighing approximately 2.65 carats, is approximately J-K color, VS2 clarity, graded insofar as the mounting allows. The remaining diamonds are approximately G-I color, VS-SI clarity. The onyx is intact and in good condition. The coral is medium reddish orange, with characteristic natural graining and small pits, noticeable under 10x magnification. Gross weight approximately 24 dwts. Pendant length including bail approximately 3¼ inches. Clasp is loose and may benefit from the attention of a jeweler, but closes securely with the use of the safety closure; also fitted with safety chain.
