The botanical composition is balanced over a clear ground and gathered by descending stems, highlighting a miniature millefiori date cane embedded within the lowest leaf. Engraved on the base "SFN2 1984 16/250 J. DeWit.", this example is numbered 16 of a limited edition of 250, making it an early production piece with added collector appeal. A beautifully handcrafted example of American studio art glass designed by John DeWit.
