[ translate ]

Bronze, partly cold-painted. Inscribed to the reverse of the hip sash, apparently an amphora above "Nam Greb"; execution by the Viennese foundry of Franz Xaver Bergmann cannot be excluded. Seated Orientalist female figure holding a hand mirror, on a pierced stool over a fringed carpet, beside a pierced hexagonal table-form lidded receptacle surmounted by a dish and a two-handled amphora; both casts screwed to a shared stone plinth. Cold paint on the figure with wear to the high points of the relief, particularly the hip sash and carpet edge; green corrosion products to the interior of the receptacle; stone plinth with chipping to one corner of the upper face and scratches. Figure approx. 13 × 7 × 5 cm, receptacle approx. 9 × 5,5 cm, plinth approx. 2 × 15 × 9,5 cm.
