Elena Petrescu was born in Constanta, a beautiful port on the black sea. She grew up there, enjoying the beautiful surroundings until graduating from University. That's when life's path took her to Spain, where she found love. Playing with colors and brushes, which fascinated her from a very young age. Using colors and her impanation, her hands were set free, dancing on the fabrics and canvas, creating an unique waltz. A dance that creates an abstract of vivid hues, the blue of the sea and the sky, the gold of the sun, the silver of the stars, the red of passion, the elegance of black, and orange of sunset. These colors combined with Elena's unique gift for using light, brings to the imagination, the ideas of love, peace, life and nature.

She has exhibited her art in such places as Florida, Texas, Madrid, Barcelona, Panama, Mexico City, along with many more. Elena's creations are the result of love of life and love of the world. She creates her art to highlight and compliment the beauty of those who admire it.
