Title: Original Vintage c.1920 Mazawatee English Tea Poster Linen Backed
Provenance/Additional Info: The c.1920 lithographic poster is indicative of the quality posters that were created in the early days of advertising art. To the left of the woman is her bonnet, neatly placed on the table, and to the right, her tea pot, cream and sugar set, small cake and knife. Her obedient dog sits and watches the activity. There were very few tea posters created and this one is a winner! The poster was created on two stones and pieced together slightly above her elbow and saucer.
The poster is linen backed, in excellent condition and measures 30" x 41."
