Four body 18K gold case, cover and back engine turned, dome signed “Malan a Geneve” and inscribed “Gentile Alessandro 1870”. Spherical pendant and circular bow.
White enamel dial, Roman hour numerals and Arabic minute markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued Breguet hands.
Bridge key-less movement, lever escapement, cut compensated bimetallic balance with screws, blued Breguet hairspring.
