The brooch/pendant has one 1.05-ct pear-shape sapphire, sixteen baguette sapphires totaling 3.88 carats and forty four round diamonds totaling 3.55 carats. The necklace is 14-3/4" long and 1/4" wide. The pendant 1-1/8" long and 1" wide. The piece comes with Oscar Heyman Authentication Letter.
