Technique: Mixed media (fire gouache) on thin card.

Notation: Signed and dated lower right: Piene (circled) 67.
Frame/Pedestal: Framed.

Condition:
Red card clearly faded in the frame section, now appears pink. Slight rubbing and greyish and red rubbing along the sheet edges, due to framing. Greyish rubbing in the centre of the upper margin ( ca. 3 cm) and two retouched bumpings (ca. 0.3 cm) along the upper edge of the sheet. Minimal bumpings to the upper corners. All three encrusted burns have hairline tears, due to the manufacturing process and inherent to the work. Small loss of material on the right encrusted firing area (up to max. 0.5x0.3cm). Otherwise the work is in good condition.
