Ottoman textiles: Gold metal thread embroideries, the first square, possibly a turban cover, very fine cotton with a tiny border of metal thread lace, a good floral motif in silk and metal threads to each corner, an embroidered border embellished with metal, approx. 109 cm by 108 cm; a fine sash or towel, each end embroidered in silks and embellished heavily with metal, in flower and leaf design, approx. 112 cm by 49 cm; and two cotton scarves or sashes very finely embroidered at each end with tiny flowers in coloured silks, one with more embroidery than the other, the stems formed from silver pressed metal strips, selvedge to one long side, bound edges to the others. One sash approx. 1.89 m x 35.5cm, the other 2.27 m x 37cm 19th century or earlier (4) (Shipping category D)

Item one is in good condition the scarves, one unused with light storage marks. The second has a good deal of brown marking to the plain central panel with at least 2 areas with small holes. The final item has 2 holes in the ground.
