An absolutely splendid example, with four generous and very well-balanced margins, bold and sharp signatures, attractive original paper and a ton of eye appeal. Hard to see how this note could be improved in any way. Currently alone at the top of PMG's Pop Report and likely to remain there. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
