Claude Picasso has confirmed the authenticity of this work.

Condition Report:
The ceramic is sound. There is some minor wear in places (most prominently to the four corners) and surface dirt, consistent with age and handling. There are some fine lines of craquelure to parts of the pale green glaze, inherent to the firing process. There is some slightly discoloured glue residue to the reverse. This work is in overall good condition.
