Condition Report:
It has not been possible to examine the work out of its frame. Executed on light pink wove paper. The sheet is undulating and is light stained with a few scattered dots of foxing. Extreme edges of the collage elements are partially deckled. Collage elements are stable, partially unglued, wavy and light stained. The edges of the collage elements' holes are darker probably consistent with the artistic process. Owl: there is a tiny repaired tear (approx. 0.4 cm), possibly original, to the lower part of the central hole. Horse: there are two horizontal repaired tears to the third leg (the longest of which is approx. 2 cm long and associated with light discolouration). Giraffe: there is a small tear below the legs (approx. 0.5 cm long). There is some light discolouration to the centre of all collage elements, possibly inherent to glue. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
