The suite, comprising two etchings and aquatints, 1937, each stamped with the artist's signature, numbered 579/850 (there is also a signed edition of 150), on Montval laid paper, lacking the poem by the artist and the original wrapper, framed
each plate: 317 by 420mm 12½ by 16⅝in
each sheet: approx. 390 by 570mm 15⅛ by 22½in

Condition Report:
With wide margins, in generally good condition, each sheet mounted with paper tape, with occasional inconspicuous fox marks, the extreme sheet edges of B. 297 folded over, B. 298 with some uneven paper discoloration verso, each framed.

(A printer's crease on B. 298 is inherent to production).
