Claude Picasso has confirmed the authenticity of this work.

Condition Report:
The ceramic is sound. There is a small chip to the upper left corner, and two small paint losses to the brown blob forms by the lower left and upper right corners. There is some general light surface dirt and minor surface scratches in places, consistent with age and handling. There are some small areas of tape and glue remnants to the reverse. This work is in overall good condition.
