Claude Picasso has confirmed the authenticity of this work.

Condition Report:
The ceramic is sound. There is a miniscule chip to the lower right corner and a few tiny paint losses to parts of the brown pigment. There is some light surface dirt and minor surface scratches in places, consistent with age and handling. There is some minor wear to the date on the reverse. This work is in overall good condition.
