Wood with original, fine paint work, featuring turtledoves, musical instruments, sheet music and flowers on a green ground. Enamel dial with the hours in Roman numerals and the minutes in Arabic numerals. 2 finely pierced hands. Movement with verge escapement, striking the 1/4-hour on 2 bells, the carillon with 9 bells plays on the hour or on demand. 11 melodies. Carillon cover plate, finely engraved with flowers. Opulent gilt bronze and "laiton repoussé" mounts.
