PAIR ANTIQUE FRENCH FAIENCE LIDDED CANISTERS

Pair of antique French faience lidded pottery canisters. Both painted with medical themed scenes: one canister reading "A: Chelidony", and the other "A Mors Diaboli". Both signed "HC" on base. Condition: one canister has a restoration to lid finial and a hairline extending up approx. 2.25" from the base, lid with repair also has a small hairline to edge, see images. Each canister measures 10.85" tall. Weight: 5.1 lbs.
