Chinese. Pair of Kraak ware blue and white porcelain plates, each decorated with a bird in a landscape, the rim with alternating panels with birds and precious objects. Each marked to the underside. Approx. h. 1.25", dia. 8".
Condition Report: One with small chip to underside of foot; both with firing and glaze imperfections; no apparent chips, cracks or restorations when examined under ultraviolet light.
