Pair of whimsical Italian ceramic rooster-form pitchers, each modeled with open beak spout, sculpted comb, applied handle and rounded body. One is decorated with colorful floral and foliate motifs in blue, green, burgundy and ochre, while the companion features a more graphic design with yellow facial details, burgundy comb and yellow banding. Both retain Italian retail/import labels to the undersides, including a Pier 1 Imports Made in Italy label on one example. The floral pitcher has a visible chip/loss to the comb as photographed.
