A pair of antique Japanese brush pots, Meiji era, 1868 to 1912. The exterior of both matched pieces is enameled with polychrome enamel blossoming flowers and butterflies on a cobalt blue ground. Two turquoise colored medallions are decorated with an image of grape wines on one side and a landscape with cranes and pines on the other. Unmarked.
