PAIR OF ENGLISH GEORGIAN PAINTED SIDE CHAIRS, satinwood and maple with later Adam-style polychrome-painted decoration, each oval back set with an open-work splat above a caned seat, raised on square tapered front legs terminating in spade feet and slightly flared rear legs. First quarter 19th century, later paint. 36 1/2" HOA, 18 1/4" WOA, 20 1/4" DOA.
