Continental, 17th-18th century. Both engravings after Anthony Van Dyck (Flemish, 1599-1641) from the Iconography series, engraved by Lucas Vorsterman I. The first a portrait of Nicolas-Claude Fabri de Peiresc; the second Ambrogio Spinola Doria, 1st Marquess of Los Balbases and 1st Duke of Sesto. Both identically matted behind glass in foliate gilt frames.
