A pair of early 20th century Chinese hand-carved soapstone figured lamp bases of Shou Lao, the God of Longevity. The standing Shou Lao holding a peach with a long bamboo cane mounted on a stone plinth raised on a wooden base with a socket installed. Sold as untested. Measures approx. 38cm tall including the stand.
