No. 18 black hard rubber eyedropper-filler fountain pen, intended for stenographers with "PARKER Stenographer" barrel band affixed, gold-plated ball-ended clip. 139mm. Circle-vent Lucky Curve nib, nicely flexible. Uncommon. Excellent condition, appears to be new old stock, in original Parker Lucky Curve box with label from National Drug Store of Salina, Kansas pasted to the inside.
