Case: signed, n. 314660, two-body, 18K gold, screwed caseback.
Bracelet/Strap: Patek Philippe leather strap and 18k gold buckle.
Dial: signed, champagne, applied bâton indexes, minute divisions, small seconds, date indication, bâton hands.
Movement: signed, self-winding cal. 27-460M, n. 1121369, 37 jewels, rhodium-plated, côtes de Genève, Geneva seal, 18K gold rotor, Gyromax balance, blued Breguet hairspring.
Accessories: Patek Philippe box and warranty (stamped Orologeria Eberhard S.p.A.).

Made from 1960 circa, and remained in production until the 1980s, the reference 3445 nicknamed "Monodate" was the first Patek Philippe model to integrate a "simple" calendar function. Manufactured with a case realized by the Antoine Gerlach and made waterproof thanks to the screw back and watertight crown, the caliber that animate the watch is the successor to the renowned 12-600AT as well as the maison's first self-winding movement.
