PATENTED OPAQUE GLASS KEROSENE STAND LAMP, opaque blue font, opaque black glass base with acanthus-leaf pattern, underside of font and base each embossed "PAT. OCT. 28 1890", two-piece construction with brass socket connector, No. 2 Taplin-Brown collar. Fourth quarter 19th century. 11 1/2" H to top of collar, 4 3/4" SQ base.
Font with some light wear, one foot corner with some roughness and a flake to underside edge.
