PATENTED OPAQUE GLASS KEROSENE STAND LAMPS, LOT OF TWO,opaque white and opaque blue fonts, above opaque black bases,each with the underside of font and base each embossed "PAT. OCT. 28 1890", two-piece construction with brass socket connector, period No. 2 Taplin-Brown collar. One fitted with a period slip burner.Maker unverified.Fourth quarter 19th century.11 3/4" H to top of the collar, 4 1/2" SQ bases.

Condition Report: White font undamaged with overall wear, some discoloring to the font; blue nearly undamaged with a flake to the base edge.
