The work was probably produced as a textbook for use by the University of Padua, where Paolo Veneto had taught at the beginning of the 15th-century. 4to (207 x 150mm). Full-page woodcut diagram on a4v (some slight staining). Modern antique style binding in wooden boards backed in leather with clasp.
