PAW PAW OPEN MOUTH DECOY IN PERCH
Extraordinary condition on this very rare “Open-Mouth” variant. Absent of any wear from use aside from a tiny bruise on the left flank, this nearly pristine gem grades Excellent Plus. According to Frank Baron in his Commercial Decoys book, only “a few examples of an open mouth model have been found”. 100% of the paint still attached to the fins and the bellyweights look factory fresh. Box grades about Excellent Minus only due to a small crunch on one corner. There appears to be an end stamp but it is too faint to read. 5 - 1/4" Lure Dimensions: Box: 5 - 3/4" x 2 - 1/4" x 1 - 1/4".
