A Louis XVI style gilt-bronze and ebony mantel clock

CONDITION REPORT :
Good overall condition despite the inevitable chocs and marks in accordance with age and use. The catalogue illustration is accurate. Wears to the gilding which is tarnished and rubbed in places, as expected. Some tiny dents to the ebony stand. Traces of previously restored accidents to the scrolling foliage decorating the lower right hand side area of the clock. Fitted with pendulum. The key is missing. Please note that we do not guarantee the working order of the movement.
