Condition Report:
The canvas is original. There is some minor rubbing to the extreme edges in places. There is some minor flattening to impasto tips in the waves with further probable instances elsewhere. There is surface dirt and very minor accretions in places including to the extreme edges. This excepting, the work appears in very good overall condition.
Inspection under ultra violet light reveals fluorescence in keeping with the Artist's working methods and materials.
The work is floated in a stained wooden frame.
