Condition Report:
Overall in excellent condition. Bronze surfaces present with surface indentations and minor areas of oxidation, consistent with age and gentle use. Bronze with some scattered surface irregularities, the largest measuring approximately ½ of an inch on the interior of the bowl of the base, inherent to the bronze casting process. Stone top with nicks to edges, and one loss measuring approximately 1 x 1 inch, consistent with age and gentle use. Underside of the table with scattered scratches, only visible upon close inspection. Stone presents with natural irregularities inherent to the material. When viewed in person, the bronze surfaces present with warmer honey tones than it is illustrated in the catalog. A unique and biomorphic creation by Philippe Hiquily.
