Photo of the Wanderer is a rare view of the ship run aground, not seen in Albert Cook Church's Whale Ships and Whaling. Photo of the Progress depicts the bark being towed out of New Bedford for the Chicago World's Fair. Inscribed in ink in margin "The Arctic Whaler Progress 1842-1892". 7.5" x 9.5" sight and 6" x 8" sight. Framed 11.5" x 14" and 11.75" x 13.25".
