Condition Report: no visible tears. A small inherent wrinkle to paper in lower margin just beneath signature. A small area of faint discoloration to center of right-hand margin that appears to be from handling. A tiny brown spot (possibly foxing?) to lower right margin. Framed under Plexiglas. Not examined out of frame.
