Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. Alabaster surfaces present with scattered areas of faint surface scratches, edge wear, and some very minor chips, consistent with age and gentle use. Iron surfaces present with very minor areas of rusting and faint surface scratches consistent with age and gentle use. Nickeled steel presents with minor areas of oxidation, very faint surface scratches, and some losses to finish, consistent with age and gentle use .Fitted with an American two-prong socket. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician. A geometric and architectural lamp by Chareau.
