TWO SET DESIGNS:
A) CLASSICAL BUILDINGS BY A QUAY, A BRIDGE TO THE RIGHT
B) CLASSICAL BUILDINGS WITH FOUR BUSTS ON PLINTHS IN THE FOREGROUND

A): Pen and brown ink and wash on light blue paper;
bears numbering in red chalk, lower left: 9
B): Pen and brown and black ink and brown wash

A): 212 by 355 mm; 8½ by 14 in
B): 157 by 347 mm; 6¼ by 13⅝ in

Condition Report:
A) Window mounted on a modern card backing. There is some light scattered foxing throughout and a small repaired tear to the right half of the lower edge. The drawing itself remains in good condition throughout with the image strong. Sold in a modern giltwood frame.

B) Window mounted. Two small brown stains to the upper centre and upper right. Some slight toning to the sheet. The combination of media remains in good condition throughout. Sold in a modern giltwood frame.
