Continental, second half 20th century. Pair of two-light gilt sconces in the empire taste, each having an acanthus patterned circular backplate with lion head holding a ring issuing two foliate scrolled arms with swan's heads and cornucopias. Unmarked. Approx. of one, h. 6.5", w. 11", d. 7.5".
