PROBABLY A BIDJAR RUG
Cotton warp and weft, wool velour. The carpet is adorned with a double, multi-lobed central medallion in navy blue and ivory, extended by two pendants, against a pink background embellished with small polychrome flowers. The entire composition is embellished with four ivory-coloured spandrels. A wide blue border featuring a polychrome floral garland is framed by two counter-borders.
