20th century.Height: 30 cm.Made of kapok wood with a kaolin patina covering the entire face. Red pigmentation is visible on the lips. The headdress and central shell have a blackish patina.Traces of carving with an adze are visible on the inside of the mask. The eyes are surrounded by scarification lines typical of the Tsangui tradition. The lips convey a slight, enigmatic solemnity.
