A Buddhist Painting with Two Great Kings of the Esoteric Knowledge Gadai Myoo Edo period, 17th century, Japan, dated 1679 66,5 x 29,5 cm Ink, gold and colors on silk, framed. Two of the Five Great Kings of Esoteric Knowledge (godai myôô) , above according to the inscription Hokuhô Daiittoku yasha myôô and below Saihô Kongôyasha myôô. At the bottom the inscription: Enpô, 7th year (1679) , first month, treasure of Yûtenji.
